Modern Elegance

We built Modern Elegance in 2018. It is a waterfront property in Mantoloking South, NJ, and we made sure to incorporate a classic Eastern Seaboard aesthetic. The house is marked by careful trimwork, both inside and out, that accentuate the many unique architectural details of the house. Because it’s a waterfront property, the house has several decks, patios, and balconies so that everybody can enjoy the view.

Inside, coffered ceilings and transom windows add to the airy, open feel of the house. The houses uses a grayscale color palette to highlight the drama of the high ceilings and crisp woodwork.
